The Executive Director of the National Population Council (NPC), Dr Leticia Appiah, has been directed to proceed on terminal leave by the Board of the council.
A letter dated Wednesday, November 4, and signed by the Board Chair, Dr Gladys Norley Ashitey said Dr Appiah’s four-year term as Executive Director expired on Saturday, October 31.
