Professor Edwine Barasa, Deputy Executive Director, KEMRI- Wellcome Trust Research Programme, says Rwanda, Ghana, Gabon and Burundi as the only four African countries with over 20 per cent coverage levels with any type of health insurance even though the overall health insurance coverage in Africa is low.
