Dr Ibrahim Anyars, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Nation Builders Corp (NABCO) on Tuesday said an exit plan formed integral part of the programme which seeks to add value and channel personnel unto their preferred career paths.
"Personnel at the end of the programme would become better for the job market," he said.
