The Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) is pursuing a policy of involving more women in the community water management systems in Ghana's rural areas.The Agency has also partnered with the College of Engineering, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, to train and offer opportunities to technically competent women to serve as role models for young girls to take up science-based careers.
