Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim, Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs (MLGCRA), has urged Ghanaian households to prioritise toilet construction as a basic necessity rather than a luxury.
He said the country’s sanitation progress would remain slow unless citizens take greater responsibility.
