A total of 1.5 million farmers have been enrolled unto the Planting for Food and Jobs (PFJ) initiative from inception to date, the Minister of Finance, Mr Ken Ofori-Atta, has said.
From a total of 202,000 farmers in 2017 when the initiative began, an additional 300,000 farmers were registered onto the programme, increasing the number of beneficiaries from the initial target of 1.
