The African Development Bank (www.AfDB.org), rated Aaa/AAA/AAA/AAA (Moody’s/S&P/Fitch/Japan Credit Rating, all stable) has successfully launched and priced its first Sustainable US dollar-denominated 750 million perpetual subordinated hybrid capital notes.
